Thank you for your compliments on my Korean law web site, and I feel
humbled for all the attention that I am receiving from Korea.


My Korean law site got started as a research project with primary goals
of introducing Korean law and making access to Korean legal information
easier for foreign scholars (non-Korean speaking users).  Since the
site's opening in 1998, it was mostly publicized in the states, and major
legal Internet index sites and many law libraries in the states have
included a link to my site in their pages. Now with  the coverage from
DongA Newspaper and DaeHan Maeil Newspaper, this site will have a wider
audience base.


I had a brief chance to visit your Korean traditional law site; what a
tremendous resources site you have created! I applaud your efforts in
bringing traditional Korean culture and legal system out to the world.  I
wish this site could be in English so that the whole Internet world can
appreciate and understand how scientific and advanced the ancient Korean
society was. Taking on such a grand project on your own would have been
an almost impossible task, and I appreciate your life long "crusade."  I
will gladly introduce your site in my page as soon as possible.
